Kim Miles has a passion for helping people reach their full potential!  She inspires people’s innate ability and wisdom. Kim understands that by tapping into individuals internal and external resources, true success can be accomplished.

Kim has experience in network marketing, project development, Integration of strategic plans, business development, training and personnel development in roles such as Project Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Technical Recruiter, Project Engineer, and Program Controls Analyst.  Kim’s years of experience in Network Marketing as well as Business Management, affords her the ability to personally relate to and support individuals running a successful business.  Kim has an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, is a graduate of the COACHU CEP and is continuing her professional development at COACH U and University of Phoenix.

Kim is a direct communicator who is genuinely interested in hearing, understanding and thereby connecting with people.   Kim’s uncanny ability to identify the communication styles of those around facilitates conversation that naturally flows. Kim is an active listener who uses reflection to ensure she has a full understanding, not only of what is being said, but the intention of the verbal and non verbal queues.

Kim is happily married with three children.  She enjoys quality family time, working out, hiking, scrapbooking, and doing ministry work and other types of volunteering.
